  • I’ve had the pleasure of working with Matthew Carasso for about three years now and have found him to be an extremely capable Computer Support Specialist and a good representative of the Urban Technology Project and The School District of Philadelphia.     Since January of 2010 Matthew has been the assigned technician at Julia R. Masterman Laboratory and Demonstration School in Center City Philadelphia. From that time on I was Matthew’s mentor and role model. It took Matthew only a short period of time to learn all the policies and procedures that go with his new position.

    From being the former Computer Support Specialist at Masterman I will say with pride that Matthew stepped up to the challenge and went above and beyond to provide the technical support that Masterman was in need of after my promotion.
